All employees are required to complete the continuing education by December 1st, in order to meet Aurora standards and regulatory requirements.

 

How to Access the Staff Development Training:
 

For Direct Support Staff logging into UKG for the first time

• Go to: https://nw14.ultipro.com/default.aspx

• Username is ara + employee number@aurorastaff.com

  • For example: ara12345@aurorastaff.com

• The initial password is your 8-digit date of birth: mmddyyyy

  • For example: 01011999

• Follow the prompts to create your new password of choice
   

For Management logging into UKG for the first time

• Go to: https://nw14.ultipro.com/default.aspx

• Username is your Aurora email address

• The initial password is your 8-digit date of birth: mmddyyyy

• Follow the prompts to create your new password of choice

 

1.  After logging into UKG, select the Myself tab

2. Select UKG Pro Learning and complete your assigned curriculum
