Example: Staff documented declined medications, but now need to sign off that medications were administered. Or staff documented on a service in error and need to redo their documentation to add information.

Log into Rtask

Select operation and provider

Click on “to do”, this will change to the “done” list

Select service that was completed
-
At the bottom of service it will give option of “redo”

Only the staff that completed it originally will be able to “redo” the documentation

If it is a different staff other than original staff who documented, any management staff is able to go in and select “redo”. It will then show up for CLA staff to complete it in their “to do” list.
